Angel L. Ortiz is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Immanex. With more than fifteen years of federal information technology experience, he brings a practical, systems-focused approach to digital infrastructure, web services, and technology operations.

His background includes a Masters degree in Information Systems, systems administration, web management, Drupal development, accessibility compliance, user experience research, analytics, and enterprise digital services. Throughout his career, Angel has supported mission-driven organizations by building reliable technology solutions, improving public-facing platforms, and helping teams use systems more effectively.

Married to his wife, Yetzenia, since 2007, Angel has been blessed with two children. His family, faith, and desire to serve with honesty and integrity continue to shape both his personal life and professional work.
